Everything you need to know before we begin working together.

These policies exist to protect your time, your investment, and the quality of our sessions. Please read them before making a booking — if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Booking Policy

All coaching sessions must be booked at least one week in advance to allow both parties adequate time to prepare.

Session Preparation

Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space where you can speak freely and without interruption for the duration of your session.

Platform

All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. No software installation is required — a browser link is all you need.

A Google Meet link will be sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled session. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Payment

The session fee of £80 must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the session. Payment confirms your booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to be accommodated.

Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. This policy protects the time set aside exclusively for you.

Confidentiality

Everything shared within a coaching session is strictly confidential. What you say stays between us.

The only exceptions are situations where safety or a legal duty of care requires disclosure — in line with ICF ethical standards and UK law.
